I injured my calf muscle while playing soccer during the winter months. At Action Sport Physio I received excellent treatment for my injury. In just 3 sessions I was in a position to play again. The injury advice I received at the clinic was extremely helpful and will prevent further injury. Treatment included muscle massage, electrical modalities and ultrasounds as well as exercises to work the muscle. The tear in the muscle has fully healed. I would recommend treatment at the clinic. The physiotherapists are welcoming, Professional and helpful.
I’ve contacted Action Sport due to pain and tension in my right wrist which I believe was due to my computer job. I’ve met Maxime and had a discussion with him due to the situation. He gave me a full examination, was very educated and articulate as well as professional in explaining the nerves and muscles and how all is connected. He gave me an exercise program, mostly for my neck, and all the pain I felt in my wrist slowly dissipated after 3 sessions. I am very pleased to say that I am very satisfied with the attention and care that Action Sport Physio has given men and a big thank you to Maxime.
I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome by a neurologist. Fingers and hand numb continuously, nighttime’s pain was like fire in my hand. A doctor recommended surgery. I was resistant to this option, and decided on physio. A slow improvement after every visit was noted. After 11 visits I can sleep at night with no pain and nerve mobility is 100%. 95% of finger pain and numbness is gone. I can live with this. Maxime’s exercises also help. I will be continually doing these to help at home. The staff at Action Sport Physio are all very helpful, friendly and make you feel very comfortable while receiving treatment. I had a partial knee replacement on October 1, 2007. Two weeks after the operation I started my physio. I chose Action Sport Physio originally because of its proximity to my office. It turned out to be a great choice. My physiotherapist was Paule. I was very impressed with Paule’s level of knowledge and it was truly a great learning experience for me. With Paule’s help and under her guidance, I progressed quickly and I feel great. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs rehabilitation. The staff is friendly, helpful and very pleasant.
