Carolyn Bagarollo obtained a DEC in animal health sciences, a field in which she worked for 14 years as an animal technician. She currently works for Action Sport Physio in Montreal West where she has worked for the past 3 years as Administrative Assistant. Carolyn is the mother of 2 beautiful young boys. She loves to do outdoor activities with her family. When she has some free time, she likes to relax with good book and work in her large garden at home. |
| Grégory Berge
Osteopath Gregory Berge has obtained his Degree in Osteopathy, in October 2006, after 6 years of studies, at the “Collège Ostéopathique de Provence” in Marseille, France. He moved to Montreal in August 2007, after being granted his permanent resident visa. Just a few weeks later he got his license to heal from le Syndicat des Ostéopathes du Québec. During his studies, Gregory has always been passionate about sports and prevention, training, conditioning and the different therapies that are in relation to sports. Gregory holds the competitive advantage to have experience in a variety of different osteopathic emergency situations. He helped the Martigues’ track and field team get to the France National Championship Series in 2005 and 2006. Nevertheless his fondest memory still remains with the achievement of four France National Championship title wins, in a row, by his College, from 2003 to 2006, where he has been involved as both a player and a therapist. He completed his courses, with his l’Union Fédérale des Ostéopathes Français « le Prix Coup de Cœur » award winning thesis which presented the Osteopathic significance after an ACL injury. During his spare time, Gregory enjoys activities such as basket-ball, hip-hop dance and dreams to be able to compete, once again, in a marathon or any other ultra-endurance race. |
 | Tiffany Blouin
Receptionist
Tiffany-Christine Blouin is the evening receptionist at Action sport Physio Montreal West. She was hired at the clinic in May 2007. Tiffany graduated from Dawson College in 2005 with a DEC in Social Science. She is currently furthering her studies at Concordia University in Sociology. Tiffany was honored in September 2007 when she was the first recipient to be granted the Laura Gainey memorial scholarship. Tiffany has always been sports oriented, she was a competitive gymnast for 7 years and won many awards including gymnast of the year in 2000. She was part of the track and field team in high school where she broke records for her school in the long jump and 400m dash. She remains active today by playing soccer in a women’s inter city league year round.
In her spare time, Tiffany enjoys to spend quality time with her family. She plans to finish her degree and obtain a certificate at McGill University in human relations. Furthermore, her long term goal is to receive her Masters in Sociology.

 | Ryan Cohen
Personal Training Ryan Cohen joined the Action Sport Physio Downtown team in 2008. He has been working at the Montreal West clinic since 2006 as a highly qualified personal trainer. From 1995 to 2004, Ryan worked as a search and rescue technician for the Canadian Armed Forces. He was responsible for training new recruits and was the battalion medical officer. He also worked as a volunteer firefighter and paramedic. He is experienced in corrective conditioning, muscle activation, pilates and conditioning for golf. Ryan has a broad professional background in medical care and physical fitness. He is able to detect any physical imbalances and he can use the motivational tools learned through the military and counseling to educate individuals to balance body and mind. Ryan will give you the attention, the motivation and the body education to make you achieve your goals! |
 | Maude Langelier-Parent
Physiotherapist
Maude Langelier-Parent graduated from the University of Montreal in 2007 with a Bachelor in Physiotherapy as well as a major in kinesiology in 2004. She is a licensed physiotherapist by the Ordre professionnel des physiothérapeutes du Québec (OPPQ). Maude was hired by Action Sport Physio Montreal West upon completion of her studies. For the past three years Maude has been the therapist for the Patriots of Chateauguay, a Midget AAA Hockey team. At their first year in the league, the Patriots have won the championship. Maude has also covered other sporting events in soccer and dance. Her love of sports is the reason that she has participated in 2 Quebec games of handball and was also chosen to be part of Team Quebec for a tournament in Sweden. To understand her duties on the field, Maude took part in a first response course for sports as well as a course in tapping. She wishes to follow other classes as well to further her knowledge in her domain including manual therapy. |

 | Katie McIntyre
Katie McIntyre has lived in Montreal for the past three years, arriving in 2004. She graduated from Canisius College in 2003 with a Bachelor in Athletic Training. In 2005, she became certified as an Athletic Trainer (NATA) and soon after as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist under NSCA (USA). With Katie’s personal and athletic training background she takes on the responsibility of exercise specialist to ensure clients with proper mechanics and functioning throughout their rehab protocol. Katie finds her passion with stretching using a technique known as Classical Stretch designed by Miranda Esmonde-White; which she is currently getting certified in. In order to incorporate all types of teaching, group as well as individual, she has become certified as a fitness instructor through the FIT program at the YMCA as of 2005. In keeping up with all of her certifications Katie attends continuing education workshops for Athletic Training, CSCS and FIT. She works in assisting all physical therapists in administering exercise programs as well as treatments in which she is qualified to perform. Her goal is to return to school to become a physical therapist while continuing personal training and teaching classical stretch. She believes that in order to create a balance physically we have to incorporate each of these aspects. In Katie’s spare time she is a devoted mother, a painter and she loves to dance. |

 | Megan Robinson
Megan Robinson graduated from McGill University in April 2008 with a Bachelor in Physical Therapy and is a licensed member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec (OPPQ). Megan was hired by Action Sport Physio Montreal West as a physiotherapist upon completion of her studies. During the last two years of her studies Megan was one of the student physiotherapist’s for the McGill Women’s Hockey Team which included bringing home the national championship this past winter. Megan was born and grew up in the community of Montreal West which is where her love for sports and athletics started. Megan is an avid hockey player and long distance runner and will be running the Ottawa marathon in 2008 in support of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada. Megan is interested in covering sporting events as well as following other courses in manual therapy and muscle activation to further her knowledge. Megan also enjoys the outdoors and most importantly, relaxing by the lake of her cottage with her family. |
 | Sabrina Sabelli
Sabrina Sabelli graduated at McGill University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a Bachelor of Athletic Therapy at Concordia University in 2002. She began working at Action Sport Physio upon her graduation. In 2001-2002, she was a student athletic therapist for U-16 Lac St Louis Lakers soccer team and she was also the student athletic therapist for Lac St Louis Midget AAA hockey team. From 2003-2005, Sabrina was a certified personal trainer and a member de A.N.I.E. During that time she was also as fitness consultant and a member of the Canadian Exercise Physiology Association. Sabrina was a member of the Canadian National Synchronized Figure Skating Team from 1998-2003 where she won the Canadian Championships and placed third with her team at the World Championships. When Sabrina is not at the clinic she enjoys rollerblading, figure skating, weight and cardio training. |
 | Samya Tatone
Samya Tatone returns to her home in Montreal after having studied, lived and worked in the UK for the last 14 years. She is a member of the Pilates Foundation UK, whith whom she completed her Pilated training (of which comprises 2 years of comprehensive training). Samya also holds qualifications with the Pilates Institue (UK), AFAA (USA) and AQIMA (Quebec) and is also a massage practioner from Kiné Concept Massage Therapy School in Montreal. In 15 years experience and dedication to the fitness industry, Samya has taught around the world including Canada, Jamaica, Italy and the UK and brings a wealth of experience to her teaching today. She finally opened her own Pilates Studio in London, England, where she has worked with a variety of clients from triathletes to referrals from physiotherapy clinics. She also specialises in Pre- and postnatal pilates. Besides her busy schedule at the studio, she continued teaching Pilates: Back care courses and mat work classes around the city of London. Passionate to bodywork therapy, she continues today to progress and develop her study in massage-kinesitherapy, which she hopes to include as part of her Pilates therapy. Samya is renowned for her precision, unique teaching style and dedication towards offering Pilates exercise that inspires one to \'DISCOVER YOUR BODY\'S POTENTIAL\', which is her motto. Pilates can safely help: Improve mobility, flexibility, strength, core stability and muscle recruitment; Attain more range of movement in joints; Supple the spine for a stronger and healthier one.  | Ronny Varga
Ronny Varga graduated from McGill University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and a Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy. He is a licensed physiotherapist and a member of l'Ordre des professionnels de la physiothérapie du Québec. Soon after graduating, he was hired by Action Sport Physio - West Island where he treated a vast array of orthopaedic and sport injuries. Pursuing his career in the sports medicine world, Ronny became the Head Therapist for the Midget AAA Lac St. Louis Lions Hockey Team just a few months after graduating. He was very successful in keeping the team healthy by evaluating and treating each individual player's problems and educating them on how to protect themselves from further injury. Recognizing his ability to treat elite athletes, Ronny was offered a position as one of two therapists for the Montreal Impact Soccer Club for the 2003 and 2004 Championship season. Retiring from the Professional sports scene in 2004, Ronny was given the opportunity to open an Action Sport Physio in Montreal West and has been successful in creating a team that offers unparalleled healthcare services to the local community and beyond. Always interested in remaining up-to-date with the current topics and techniques in Physiotherapy, Ronny has taken additional post-education courses such manual therapy courses, neck and back care via the McKenzie approach, Mulligan Concept, TMJ, first responder treatments, taping courses and Muscle Activation Techniques. Away from the clinic, Ronny enjoys playing soccer and ball hockey. More importantly, he enjoys the outdoors and shares as much quality time with his wife and daughter. |

 | Marisa Vincelli
Marisa Vincelli joined the Action Sport Physio Montreal West team on June 25th 2008 as the Public Relations and Client Services Representative. Currently a Concordia University student, Marisa will be receiving her bachelors’ degree in Human Relations in December 2008. She is excited to be a part of the ASP Montreal West team and is looking forward to finishing her studies so that she may be part of the ASP team full time. Coupled with her strong educational background, she is a firm believer of physiotherapy, osteopathy and massage therapy as well as a homeopathic approach for the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. She takes pride in ensuring that the clients of ASP are treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Through client surveys (available upon request), success stories and evaluations, Marisa is geared to see that the treatment her clients receive remains unparallel. Her personal interest include maintaining a healthy lifestyle, through a combination of keeping physically active, making healthy dietary choices and maintaining a healthy mind through the practice of Hartha and Ashtanga Yoga. She also has a strong interest in fundraising planning and development, caring for animals, and talking with friends over a cup of coffee! |
